Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the free plan forever?
Yes, the free plan can be used indefinitely. You can record up to 20 books per file and create multiple files, so you can manage many books. Note that ads are displayed on the free plan.
Can I change plans midway?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply from the next renewal date.
30-day free trial?
Personal and Group Plans offer a 30-day free trial. After the trial ends, you will NOT be charged automatically and will be moved to the free plan.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, etc.), debit cards, and other payment methods available in your region (payments are processed by Stripe).
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After canceling a paid plan, you will automatically move to the free plan, but your data is preserved. However, free plan limitations (20 books per file) will apply. We recommend organizing your data into files with 20 books or fewer before canceling.
Can users under 12 use paid plans?
Paid plan subscriptions require parental consent (COPPA compliant). If children under 12 want to use the service, a parent can subscribe to a Personal Plan or Group Plan for their child. For Group Plans, the child can be added as a sub-account. The free plan can be used by those under 13 with parental consent.
How is the Group Plan price calculated?
For N members, the Group Plan pricing follows the formula 380 + 190×(N-1) yen/month. For example: 2 people = ¥570/mo, 3 people = ¥760/mo, 10 people = ¥2,090/mo (¥209 per person), 100 people = ¥19,190/mo (¥191.9 per person). The more members, the lower the per-person cost.
